·The standard 12 -month LLM and existing pathway structure will continue to be offered to all prospective students for entry in September 2020, and students will be able to study on campus or remotely if circumstances mean that they are unable to join on-campus at the start of the academic year.

·A 15 month LLM variant which will  lead to the ‘General LLM’ award or one of two specialist pathway awards ‘LLM International Business Law’ (‘IBL’) or ‘LLM International Financial Law’ (‘IFL’).

·Students will have an extended induction period over semester one, with access to module information, careers support, writing/language support etc.

·Exactly the same materials and support will be available as for 12 month students, just over a longer initial period.

·Students will begin studying remotely in semester one a single module, the Law of International Finance 1. This is our most popular LLM module and is available on both the IFL and IBL pathways.

·Students will continue studying this (40 credit) module in January and take the assessment after the spring semester 2021, alongside students on the 12 month variant.

·Students will take two other optional 20 credit modules in January – March, followed by a research project over the summer which will comprise the written element of the degree.

·In September 2021 students will enrol for their remaining optional credits and will be due to complete assessments by January 2022.
